Open Space and the Public Realm
Introduction
The Masterplan provides a well-connected network of multi-functional open space and formal provision exceeding 17 hectares of open space.
It is designated to cater for a range of recreational needs including allotments, parks and sport pitches. In addition, a 10 hectare area of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) will be provided on the site to give new and existing residents a recreational space to, including dog walking routes.
